Birth Doula

Hello, I’m Crystal, founder of Primitive Foundations, Doula Services. As a mother of two—a daughter and a son—I experienced firsthand the beauty and power of natural childbirth. With both of my births, I was fortunate to have a supportive husband who was present and engaged. But I also had a doula by my side, and that extra layer of support made all the difference.

My doula helped me feel seen, heard, and cared for in ways that allowed me to focus on the birth experience itself. She was there to guide me, provide encouragement, and ensure I felt calm and empowered. It was through those transformative experiences that I realized how invaluable a doula can be—not just for the mother but for the entire family.

That’s why I started Primitive Foundations, Doula Services. I want to give other mothers that same sense of confidence, peace, and support during one of the most incredible journeys of their lives.
